1. Use of the Site

This website is provided for informational purposes, to share the ministry of Lion of Yehudah Music, and to facilitate booking inquiries and merchandise purchases (when available). You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.

2. Intellectual Property

All content — including text, images, logos, the Lion of Yehudah Music crest, audio recordings, video, and design elements — is the property of Lion of Yehudah Music or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

3. Music and Content

Songs, lyrics, and recordings are original works. Use in church services, events, or broadcasts may require licensing (CCLI, ASCAP, or direct permission). Contact us for licensing inquiries.

4. Booking

Submitting a booking inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement. All bookings are subject to a separate written performance agreement managed by Artists Musicians HUB.

5. Store

When the store becomes available, purchases will be subject to additional terms including shipping, returns, and refund policies. Transactions will be processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD and subject to change.

6. Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lion of Yehudah Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
